Juice Robinson was spotted backstage at AEW Double or Nothing on May 25, 2025, but fans hoping to see him back in action soon may need to stay patient.

According to Fightful Select, “he’s further away from a return than originally anticipated.”

The AEW star hasn’t wrestled since November 1, 2024, when he lost to MJF on Rampage in an AEW World Championship match. He was originally set to compete in the 2024 AEW Continental Classic but was pulled from the tournament due to injury just days before it began. Komander ultimately replaced him on December 3, 2024.

Robinson’s injury — a lumbar spine issue — required surgery, and recovery has reportedly taken longer than expected. While his presence backstage is a positive sign, there’s still no word on exactly when he’ll be cleared for action.

Robinson, one of AEW’s most charismatic personalities, has been missed in AEW’s weekly rotation. With AEW continuing to grow its roster, fans are eager to see where Juice fits in once he’s back in the ring — but that return date remains uncertain.

Juice’s absence has left a gap in AEW’s chaotic heel energy, and the longer he’s away, the bigger the return moment could be. For now, it’s all about healing up and waiting for the right moment.
