One of the hardest-hitting shows in pro wrestling is back—and it’s landing right in the middle of WWE SummerSlam weekend.
Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIV is officially set for August 2, 2025, at the Williams Center in Rutherford, New Jersey, as part of Game Changer Wrestling’s packed lineup of events. The show will bring its signature no-rope, knockout-or-submission-only style to one of the biggest wrestling weekends of the year.
Barnett took to social media to hype up the announcement in classic Bloodsport fashion.
“Josh Barnett’s: Bloodsport returns August 2nd at the Williams Center in Rutherford, NJ. 14 shows deep in the US and this beast cannot be stopped. Come watch the hardest hitting event in all of Professional Wrestling.”
The SummerSlam weekend GCW slate is stacked. On August 1, GCW will team up with Juggalo Championship Wrestling, while August 2 will feature both Bloodsport XIV and Emo Fight—giving fans plenty of alternative action around WWE’s mega-show.
Over the years, Bloodsport has drawn names from WWE, NXT, AEW, NJPW, ROH, and the independent scene, making it one of the most unpredictable and respected crossover showcases in wrestling.
