Jordynne Grace has now revealed the exact moment her ankle injury happened, and the clip shows just how quickly things went wrong.
Grace competed in a match against Alba Fyre that was taped ahead of the March 6 episode of WWE Main Event at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon. While the bout ended with Fyre picking up the win, Grace later shared that something went wrong during the match and that she needed a wheelchair backstage afterward.
Shortly after the show, Grace posted photos showing her right foot secured in a medical walking boot while standing backstage with another WWE talent. She kept the tone light when explaining the situation at the time.
“She followed me around the entire night to document us being ‘ankle sisters.’ Also do not look at my feet.”
Now Grace has provided another update that shows when the injury actually happened. On March 7, she posted a clip from the match where she leaps off the ropes and lands awkwardly, with her ankle bending sharply when her foot hits the mat. Grace summed up the moment with a blunt explanation in the caption.
“My ankle glitched irl.”
Despite the painful-looking moment in the clip, Grace finished the match before revealing afterward that she was dealing with an ankle issue backstage. At this point WWE has not issued an official update about Grace’s condition or whether the injury will affect any upcoming appearances. For now, the video she shared gives fans a clear look at the exact moment her ankle bent during the WWE Main Event taping.
