Jordynne Grace’s future in professional wrestling was a hot topic online after her loss to Tessa Blanchard at TNA Genesis, as she left the company after the match. In fact, Jordynne Grace has now revealed why she parted ways with TNA Wrestling.

While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, Jordynne Grace was asked why she got to the point that she was okay with letting her TNA contract expire. Grace explained that she had been with TNA since 2018 and had always re-signed her contract without letting it expire. In the past, she was uncertain about what would happen next or feared that no other promotion would sign her. However, after an incredible 2024, she now feels more confident in her career.

Grace believes she has accomplished nearly everything possible in TNA and sees this as the right time to move forward. Letting her contract expire was a deliberate decision as she looks ahead to new opportunities in professional wrestling.

“I’ve been at TNA for a very long time, since 2018, and I’ve never let my contract expire before. I always just re-signed, and I don’t know if it was just the uncertainty of not knowing what was going to happen next or if I was scared no one was going to have me.

I feel like now I’m more confident. I had an amazing 2024, and I think it’s time. I’ve done so much in TNA, and I’ve pretty much done all there is to do. If there is a time to move forward, it’s now.”

For the record, Jordynne Grace has already signed a multi-year deal with WWE and she is in Indianapolis this weekend, as all signs point towards her appearing in the Women’s Royal Rumble match. This is a big new step for Jordynne Grace as she moves to the biggest wrestling promotion in the world after years of success in the TNA Knockouts division. With her strength, athleticism, and in-ring skills, she is expected to be a major star in WWE’s women’s division and fans can’t wait for her to truly shine in the company.
