Jon Moxley is riding high as the AEW World Champion, and at 39 years old, he has no plans of slowing down anytime soon. Speaking on the KiddChris Show, Moxley opened up about his mindset and his relentless work ethic, sharing what drives him to keep going.

“If you’re not working, then what are you doing? I don’t think I’m one of those people who just retires and hangs out,” Moxley said. “I feel you need to be of service and do things. I’m fortunate to have a good spot in this line of work and what I can contribute. My body is still working pretty well. I’m world champion right now. You can’t get any higher than that. It’s only downhill from here. I’m going to do it until I can’t do it anymore.”

Moxley made it clear he’ll keep stepping into the ring as long as his body allows. “Until such a time is not prudent to get in the ring anymore. Until I can’t,” he added.

As AEW World Champion, Moxley has become the face of the company, leading by example and encouraging others to step up to the challenge. His next big test comes tonight at AEW Dynamite: Maximum Carnage, where he’s set to defend his title against Powerhouse Hobbs in what promises to be a hard-hitting showdown.
