If you were hoping to grab tickets early for John Cena’s final WWE match, you weren’t alone — far from it. On October 15, 2025, WrestleTix revealed that over 42,000 people were already in the presale queue just minutes after it opened.

The match is set to take place at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13 at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., and fans are treating it like a once-in-a-lifetime event — because it is.

WrestleTix shared the shocking queue number on X/Twitter, posting a screenshot from the virtual line with the caption: “John Cena’s final match in Washington, DC Presale…”

The image showed the presale queue screen with a staggering line of 42,804 people waiting ahead to select their seats.

This all comes after WWE and On Location rolled out premium ticket packages for Cena’s farewell — including the jaw-dropping WWE Champion Package, which features floor seating, a meet-and-greet photo with Cena, exclusive merch, and ringside photo access. That package? It’ll cost you $11,500 per ticket. Other premium seats range from $6,500 to $9,500, while general admission tickets are running from $250 to $3,000.

But with thousands of fans trying to snag seats, even those lower-tier options are flying fast.

The insane presale demand confirms that WWE is about to cash in big on Cena’s final match, and with interest this high, resale prices could skyrocket even higher.
