R-Truth’s exit from WWE is something that many people are still coming to grips with. Many pro wrestlers have already reacted to Truth’s departure, and now John Cena has shown R-Truth some love.
The Undisputed WWE Champion took to his Instagram and reacted to R-Truth’s WWE departure as he uploaded a photo of R-Truth during Saturday Night’s Main Event, where Truth was cosplaying as John Cena.
R-Truth’s departure comes just a week after he had a match against John Cena at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where the two had a solid bout with a lot of emotional stakes involved. It also turned out to be Truth’s last match in the company.
That’s not all, as the TNA Head of Talent and Relations has already told R-Truth to hit him up, making it clear TNA has opened their doors for the former United States Champion.
As previously reported, R-Truth was told over the weekend by someone from WWE’s talent team that his contract will not be renewed. The news came as a surprise to many people, including R-Truth himself, since Truth was really loved by everyone backstage in WWE.
R-Truth leaving WWE might be the end of one chapter, but it also gives him a chance to start something new in wrestling. Whether he goes back to TNA or joins another company, it’s clear that fans will support him wherever he goes.
