On January 21, 2026, the WWE legend gave fans an update on Twitter, revealing it’s been 14 months since he underwent the procedure with Dr. Ken Anderson at the Anderson Center for Hair.
“24 months ago I met @KenAndersonMD… 14 months post surgery I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Doc for today’s PRP and exosome treatment. I’m keeping up my daily routine and like you said… it WORKS!”
This is the first time Cena has publicly named the doctor behind the change — and fans now know exactly who’s responsible for keeping his hairline in check.
Back in 2025, Cena quietly shared that he’d had a transplant during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, admitting that fan jokes about his bald spot motivated him to take action.
“There’s another headline for you—hair transplant, look at that,” he said at the time. “There’s no shame in that, man. I got a problem, I try to fix it.”
