John Cena Makes Cameo in Vince Gilligan’s New Sci-Fi Series Pluribus

Ahead of his in-ring retirement on December 13, 2025, against GUNTHER at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Washington D.C., Cena appeared in Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan’s new series Pluribus—and it’s as weird as it sounds.

Cena plays himself, but not in the way you think: he’s part of a Hive Mind collective that explains how an alien virus has ended all violence and inequality on Earth, but also doomed humanity to starvation.
