John Cena just added another title to his long list of accomplishments—he’s now the official voice of Honda.
The WWE legend and Hollywood star made the announcement on Twitter, sharing that he’s not only narrating for the brand but also driving their newest model, the Honda Prelude. Cena posted a photo of himself behind the wheel, flashing that signature grin and letting fans know he’s genuinely enjoying the ride.
“Yes, it is as fun as it looks. Excited to drive the new Prelude and to be the voice of @Honda”
Anyone familiar with Cena knows this move isn’t out of left field. The man’s love for cars runs deep. He’s not just some celebrity with a flashy ride—he’s a full-blown gearhead. His personal collection includes more than 20 high-performance vehicles, many of which are American muscle classics.
Cena’s garage has housed everything from a 1969 MGC GT and a 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator to a 1984 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. And yes, he’s already owned a 2020 Honda Civic Type-R, showing that his appreciation for the brand isn’t new. In fact, he’s already eyeing one of Honda’s upcoming electric vehicles from the Zero Series Saloon lineup.
The match between Cena and Honda seems like a no-brainer. He brings credibility, enthusiasm, and a massive platform—and Honda gets someone who actually lives the car life, not just someone reading lines.
With Cena now behind the mic and the wheel, expect to see his voice on commercials and maybe even more collaborations down the road.
