John Cena just addressed his hair transformation—and confirmed once and for all that the transplant worked.

On November 25, 2025, Cena posted a photo to Twitter from the Anderson Center for Hair, where he had the procedure done a year ago. Standing next to Dr. Ken Anderson, Cena praised the results and emphasized the importance of upkeep.

“Another great visit to the Anderson Center for Hair. Been about 1 year since @KenAndersonMD operated and what a transformation it’s been! Gotta take care of his work so I stay up with my maintenance!”

This marks the first time Cena has publicly named the doctor behind the procedure. Back in his appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Cena opened up about the transplant and how fan jokes about his bald spot pushed him to take action.

“There’s another headline for you—hair transplant, look at that. There’s no shame in that, man. I got a problem, I try to fix it. That’s what I’m doing.”

Cena explained that he had the procedure in November 2024 and went through the normal shedding process in January and February before seeing fresh growth. Now, one year later, he’s giving credit where it’s due.

His openness about the surgery—paired with a little humor and a lot of confidence—has helped normalize what many still find embarrassing. And now that he’s shared the source, fans curious about his transformation finally know where to look.
