Jimmy and Jey Uso have taken plenty of hits in the WWE ring—but according to them, nothing compares to the chaos of being twin brothers under the same roof.
During a new interview with WrestleZone, the Uso twins opened up about their unique bond and offered some brutally honest advice for parents raising twins.
The conversation kicked off with Bill Prichard, who happens to be a father of twin daughters, asking when the Usos first realized they had each other’s backs. Jimmy and Jey made it clear—the twin connection is on another level.
“You’re the closest… and then you watch them just naturally like nothing happened… That’s that thing, right? That’s a twin thing, right? It really is.”
Jimmy added that no matter how involved a parent is, twins will always understand each other in a way outsiders can’t.
“Even though you’re the dad, it don’t matter how close you think you’re going… The twin gonna know the twin more than you know. You feel me?”
When asked for parenting tips, the brothers didn’t offer a gentle approach—instead, they recommended stepping back and letting nature run its course.
“Let them fight. I don’t let the wife get in between them.”
When told the twins in question are girls, Jey quipped:
“That’s the good thing — they’re girls. So you let the wife deal with it, you know.”
Their ultimate advice? Don’t interfere.
“Hey, the good thing is: let them hash it. Let them hash. That’s the best thing you can do. And it’s okay… Don’t hold them back. Let them go at it.”
And if you’re wondering what parents should do while the chaos unfolds, they had a parenting hack ready to go:
“Grab the popcorn, wife. Grab your favorite snack… Let’s set ‘em.”
When it came to their own most explosive fight, Jimmy admitted it wasn’t just one moment—it was a pattern.
“It could go from zero to 100 so fast. And you don’t even know why… Sometimes we know why. And we couldn’t even explain it to you — but we would know why we did what we did.”
But through all the chaos, their relationship only grew stronger.
“Which brings us — excuse my language — brings us closer.”
From locker room brawls to childhood chaos, Jimmy and Jey Uso’s bond has never wavered—and their realest advice might just be the most useful for parents raising twins today.
