Jey Uso’s Status Amid Heel Turn Speculation After LA Knight Incident

Jey Uso has been one of WWE’s biggest babyfaces for a long time now, but people started speculating if he’s going to turn heel after the events of RAW this week. While speculation persists, Uso’s current status has been revealed.

According to BodySlam.net, WWE has no creative plans to turn Jey Uso heel at this time. Internally, he continues to be positioned as one of WWE’s top babyfaces, and his current on-screen presentation is consistent with that direction

This comes after Jey Uso hit a brutal spear on LA Knight on the September 8th edition of Monday Night Raw, despite the fact that LA Knight actually helped out Jimmy Uso when the Vision attacked Jimmy.

Even before that, Jey Uso was displaying a more aggressive side of himself that fans hadn’t seen in a while in a backstage segment, where even Jimmy Uso pointed out how Jey was starting to sound like Roman Reigns.

For now, Jey Uso remains one of WWE’s top babyfaces, even as his style is more aggressive. The spear on LA Knight was a shock, but not a sign of a heel turn, at least not yet.
