Jey Uso’s WrestlePalooza night left fans concerned after reports surfaced that he may have been placed in concussion protocol. But in true Uso fashion, he wasted little time letting everyone know he’s doing just fine.

Shortly after the news made rounds online, Jey went on Instagram Stories and posted a photo of himself in the locker room with blood on his face and towel. Along with the shot, he kept it simple, writing: “Im good 💉”

The post came after Bryan Alvarez claimed Jey had been split open during his tag team match against Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed when a steel chair ricocheted back at him. Alvarez suggested Uso was under concussion protocol following the incident, adding fuel to speculation about his status.

“Jey busted himself open, he hit Bron with the chair and it bounced off Bron’s back and split him six ways from Sunday. He’s in concussion protocol, which is a requirement after any injury like this.”

The match itself was already wild, with LA Knight serving as special guest referee and continuing his storyline heat with Jey. Breakker speared both Usos through a table in the chaotic finish, and Reed ended things with a tsunami splash on Uso after the injury spot.

WWE has not officially confirmed Jey Uso’s medical condition, but his own post makes it clear he’s not letting rumors define the narrative. With him brushing it off so casually, it seems like fans won’t have to worry about a long-term absence.

Do you think Jey Uso downplaying his injury is a good sign, or should WWE still be cautious with him after such a brutal spot? Let us know in the comments.
