Jey Uso couldn’t help but clown Travis Scott’s slap on Cody Rhodes at Elimination Chamber, and now he’s jokingly questioning whether the rapper knows how to work-slap in the first place.
During his appearance on Rosenberg Wrestling, Uso reacted to the viral moment where Scott grabbed Rhodes’ face and slapped him, leaving visible bruising that was on full display on March 7th’s SmackDown.
“Man, somebody ain’t tell him (Travis Scott) how to work-slap him (Cody Rhodes)? Yo man, he probably too damn lit. I don’t know.” Uso joked.
Then, he took it even further, saying that if Scott ever tried that with him, things would have gone a lot differently. “If he would have slapped me like that? Oh hell nah. I probably would’ve looked up, uce… This dude just hit me like Sheamus.”
While Uso is getting a laugh out of the situation, he’s got serious business ahead. He’s gearing up for WrestleMania 41, where he’ll challenge GUNTHER for the World Heavyweight Championship. Before that, though, he’s set to face Grayson Waller on March 10th’s Monday Night Raw at Madison Square Garden.
Do you think Travis Scott’s slap was a little too real, or was it all part of the moment? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
