Jey Uso is currently determined to defeat GUNTHER for the WWE World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania 41, but he is getting tons of criticism when it comes to his in-ring ability. He also made an embarrassing botch on Raw this week and he has now addressed the same.

As seen during the March 17 episode of WWE Raw, Jey Uso easily defeated Austin Theory in less than 30 seconds. After the match, he attempted a top rope dive to Waller and Theory but failed miserably. The botched dive went viral on social media as many fans made fun of Jey Uso for his failure.

Jey Uso took to his Instagram and uploaded a video of his botched dive to the outside, as he simply admitted that athletes make mistakes. He also promised to successfully hit the move next Monday, saying, “OK LOOK..SOMETIMES PLAYAS F*CK UP!!! IMMA HIT DIS FRONT FLIP NEXT MONDAY THO I KNO DAT!!!! YEET,”

WrestleVotes previously reported that Jey Uso and Austin Theory’s match was originally slated for 11 minutes and it wasn’t clear whether John Cena’s opening promo ended up affecting the match’s length.

WWE has moved past Jey Uso’s squash match and quickly set up his next challenge. He will team up with a mystery partner to face Austin Theory and Grayson Waller on next week’s Raw in Glasgow. Joe Hendry has hinted that he might be Jey’s partner, but nothing has been confirmed yet. Nonetheless, we’ll have to see if Jey Uso will be able to redeem himself next week on Monday Night Raw and properly hit an outside dive.
