The fallout from the 2026 Royal Rumble is still unfolding—and Jey Uso has officially broken his silence.

Taking to Instagram Stories on February 1, 2026, Jey posted a black screen with a pointed message aimed at critics of his family, “Mane yall don’t deserve my family fr 💐”

The post comes just days after his cousin Roman Reigns won the Men’s Royal Rumble match in Riyadh, securing a world title opportunity at WrestleMania 42. Despite the high-stakes win, fan response has been icy. WWE’s official YouTube clip of Reigns’ victory currently sits at a 54.5% like-to-dislike ratio, with nearly 9,100 dislikes compared to 10,800 likes—an unusually mixed reaction for a Rumble winner.

In the match itself, Jey Uso delivered a surprise spear to Reigns, igniting the crowd before being eliminated. Many expected that moment to lead to a major shift in momentum. Instead, Reigns powered through, eliminated GUNTHER in the final stretch, and stood tall to close the show.

Now, Jey’s post suggests he’s not only defending Reigns but the entire Anoa’i wrestling legacy—reminding fans that criticism of one is criticism of them all.

What do you make of Jey Uso’s response—and do you think the WWE Universe has been too harsh on Roman Reigns? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.
