Jesse Ventura is famous for his bold and honest commentary, always speaking his mind. Fans were thrilled to see him return to the commentary team during last year’s Saturday Night’s Main Event show. Now, his status for this week’s Saturday Night’s Main Event has been revealed, especially after WWE hasn’t snubbed him lately.
The second of the new era of Saturday Night’s Main Event is set for January 25, 2025 in San Antonio, Texas and naturally, the company is trying to ensure it will be a solid event. However, quite a few fans are still wondering whether Jesse Ventura will be part of the show despite the fact that WWE hasn’t necessarily promoted him.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer confirmed that Ventura was informed he would be on all the shows for the year despite there being no mention of Ventura on the January 20th RAW. If he happens to be absent from any event, it would be a recent change, but he has been told to expect to appear at every show.
“He was told he’s on all the shows in 2025, so if he’s off it’s a detail within the last week and a half. They didn’t push him (on Raw), but he was told he was on every show.”
While WWE hasn’t officially confirmed Jesse Ventura’s presence for this particular event, his schedule for all shows in 2025 more or less suggests he will likely make an appearance. Fans are excited about the possibility of hearing his unique commentary again, bringing his legendary voice to the action.
