Jerry “The King” Lawler recently suffered another stroke and that worried fans in a big way. However, he has since been discharged from the hospital and is now resting at home.
According to FOX 13 Memphis, Jerry “The King” Lawler suffered a minor stroke last Friday at his condo in Fort Myers, Florida, his caregiver confirmed. Lawler was treated at a local hospital and has since been released, receiving medical clearance to return home to Memphis on Thursday night.
This is the second stroke in two years for the WWE Hall of Famer. In 2023, he experienced a stroke that affected the left side of his body. The latest stroke impacted his right side and slightly affected his vision, but according to his caregiver, Lawler is still able to walk and talk as he continues his recovery.
The Stroke was why the WWE Hall of Famer was forced to cancel upcoming public appearances, including his advertised spot at HorrorHound Weekend.
Jerry “The King” Lawler’s strength and the fast medical attention he received have once again made a big difference. Fans everywhere are sending love and prayers as he works on healing and getting back to full strength.
