Jeff Hardy’s wife, Beth, is sending a clear warning to fans—don’t fall for the fake accounts popping up online.
Over the past few years, scammers have targeted wrestling fans by pretending to be WWE or AEW stars. Some of these con artists create phony profiles, message fans privately, and even convince them they’re in a relationship or that they need to send money. There have been cases where fans lost thousands—or even their homes—because of these scams.
Beth Hardy isn’t letting that happen on her watch. She recently took to social media to shut down rumors that Jeff made a new Instagram account, using his TikTok handle EnlightenedJeffHardy. She made it crystal clear that it’s a fake—and went even further by calling out a suspicious verified Facebook account posing as her husband.
“Happy Sunday, everyone! Jeff did NOT make a new IG with his @TikTok name @enlightenedjeffhardy. It’s a fake. Just like the ‘verified’ Jeff Hardy @facebook. Still don’t know how that slipped thru the cracks.”
Beth isn’t the first wrestling name to speak out about this—Alexa Bliss and other stars have warned fans to be cautious. But the fact that even a verified fake account slipped through Facebook’s system shows how easy it is to be fooled.
So, stay smart, check those usernames, and don’t trust random DMs claiming to be your favorite stars.
