Jeff Hardy plead guilty for driving while impaired in Concord, North Carolina this past March.

WBTV reports that Hardy was given a 120-day suspended sentence and has to pay $300 in court costs. Hardy will also have to turn over his license and complete 48 hours of community service within 120 days. In addition to that, Hardy will need to complete an assessment and treatment class.

For those wondering, this incident does not count as a policy violation against Hardy because those are only for positive tests for substances prohibited by the Wellness Policy “other than marijuana and alcohol.”
