Jazmyn Nyx may have left WWE over money, but she’s making it clear she hasn’t closed the door on a comeback.
Nyx, who was recently kicked out of Fatal Influence and effectively written off NXT television, opened up on Snapchat about her exit and her future. While her initial departure stemmed from a pay dispute—WWE reportedly offered her a new multi-year deal worth just $75,000 per year—Nyx is now telling fans that a return isn’t off the table if the company is willing to meet her halfway.
After being asked by a fan if she would return to WWE via SnapChat if a better deal came along, Nyx shared this response:
“100% I would it was a really hard decision for me and I didn’t want my experience to end I loved wrestling and had so much fun training and learning for the best.”
This is a notable shift from her earlier Instagram comments, where she confirmed she wasn’t making six figures and hinted at frustration over WWE’s pay scale. When asked if she’s done with wrestling completely, Nyx also left the door wide open:
“I’m leaving the door open for any other wrestling opportunities that come my way.”
Nyx’s situation mirrors that of several other NXT talents who’ve left over money in recent years. While WWE continues to tout its global talent pipeline, these stories show that not everyone is cashing in like a future superstar. For Nyx, walking away was a financial decision, but she’s making it clear that if WWE or another promotion steps up, she’s ready to get back in the ring.
