Bray Wyatt’s passing remains one of the most heartbreaking moments in professional wrestling history. Over a year later, his friends and colleagues still share stories about what an amazing person he was. In fact, Wyatt’s beloved friend Jason Baker shared behind-the-scenes photos of creating the final version of The Fiend for the Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal documentary.

Jason Baker took to Twitter and shared his experience of working on the Peacock documentary Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal, which honored Bray Wyatt. He called it the hardest project of his life, both emotionally and creatively, as he worked to complete Wyatt’s vision of The Fiend and he made sure to include several behind-the-scenes photos of the painstaking process of making the final version of The Fiend.

Baker talked about the pain of losing someone so close while creating a life-sized tribute to Wyatt. Despite the challenges he focused on love and gratitude, thanks to the support of Wyatt’s family, including JoJo Offerman, Mika Rotunda, and Stephanie Rotunda, who helped ensure everything was true to Wyatt’s legacy.

Baker also thanked WWE, Triple H, Peacock, and the creative team for allowing this special tribute. Finally, Baker praised his crew for their hard work and compassion, and he invited fans to honor Wyatt’s memory by telling fans to let Wyatt in one more time.

“One year ago, I started the hardest project I’ve ever done. Completing @Windham6 final vision of The Fiend for the @peacock documentary BRAY WYATT: BECOMING IMMORTAL. Where to even begin? Dealing with the loss of the greatest friend you’ve ever had to then create a life size version of that person as a tribute knowing it’s going to be the last thing you ever work on with the greatest collaborator you’ve ever had in your life is something I’ll be talking about to my therapist about for a very long time. But a great man person once said “You must always let love outweigh the sorrow” and that’s what we did. Luckily, I didn’t have to do it alone.

I had Windham’s amazing family’s blessing and dedication to help authenticate every single step of the way. @ItsJoseann @where2nextsteph @MikaRotunda I am forever in your debt and am so grateful for your love, strength, and dedication. I’m so thankful that @peacock @wwe HHH and the entire creative team allowed us to make such a wonderful tribute and to give all the amazing fireflies one more surprise. Thank you Hoot and @nick_manfredini for letting me come along on this amazing descent down the rabbit hole with you both. And last but definitely not least, I’m so truly proud of my amazing crew. Not only for their phenomenal talents, but for their constant love and empathy during the build. All that is left to do is LET HIM IN ⭕️”

Bray Wyatt will always be remembered with love by those who knew him, both in wrestling and outside of it. His legacy is lasting, and fans all over the world continue to celebrate him with respect and admiration, so Jason Baker will always be grateful to share so many memories with the late great WWE Superstar.
