Jasmin St. Claire isn’t backing down — and this time, she’s making her position crystal clear.
As the legal battle between Janel Grant and Vince McMahon continues to unfold, St. Claire has doubled down on her stance that Grant should not be viewed as a victim. The comments came after renewed attention surrounding Grant’s public remarks and the timing of WWE’s promotional push for Brock Lesnar’s advertised Raw return.
While social media fractured into loud debates about NDAs, corporate transparency, and legal process, St. Claire zeroed in on one point — she does not believe Grant is a victim. Responding directly to coverage of the controversy, St. Claire posted a blunt reaction on Twitter/X.
“Two things… Who is paying her to say all of this? Does TKO have anything to do with this? But most importantly, she’s not a victim all she’s doing is slapping real victims in their faces with her false victimology.”
Grant filed her lawsuit in January 2024, alleging sexual abuse, trafficking, and coercion by McMahon, as well as negligence by WWE. McMahon has denied all allegations. A previously signed $3 million NDA remains central to the case, with Grant arguing it was signed under coercive conditions and should not bind her to private arbitration.
St. Claire has repeatedly pointed to the NDA and prior compensation in questioning Grant’s credibility, and her latest statement leaves little room for interpretation. She is not softening her language or walking it back.
The legal process is ongoing, and recent court rulings have been procedural rather than determinations of the allegations themselves. Still, public opinion is clearly divided.
Whether her comments will have any broader impact beyond social media remains to be seen. But one thing is certain: by declaring outright that Grant “is not a victim,” Jasmin St. Claire has positioned herself firmly in one of the most controversial corners of this ongoing case.
