The legal battle between Janel Grant and Dr. Carlon Colker is heating up in Connecticut Superior Court, with Grant’s team now filing a motion to force Colker into compliance over missing discovery materials.

At the heart of the motion? A claim that Colker and his company, Peak Wellness, have failed to produce critical payment records — despite a court order. According to the newly filed motion, this standoff has dragged on for over a year:

“This Bill of Discovery process has now been pending for sixteen months, and the Bill of Discovery issued on August 12, 2025, three months ago. Defendants have produced just two records—an ‘audit log’ for Petitioner’s electronic medical file and a single text message.”

Even more damning is the claim that Colker defied a direct court instruction:

“Defendants have not produced Ms. Grant’s payment records, despite being directly instructed to do so at the August 11, 2025 hearing.”

Grant’s legal team didn’t hold back, accusing Colker of stalling tactics and asking the court to step in:

“To date, Dr. Carlon Colker and Peak Wellness have engaged in persistent stalling tactics that have only prolonged this deeply painful process for Ms. Grant, and we have respectfully asked the court to intervene and compel compliance with our Bill of Discovery request once and for all.”

This discovery battle stems from Grant’s broader lawsuit against Vince McMahon, filed in January 2024, where Colker was named but not as a defendant. Grant alleges that she made over sixty visits to Peak Wellness between 2019 and 2022—visits she says McMahon encouraged—and that she was given supplements and infusions without full disclosure.

In response, Colker has maintained his innocence and insists Grant received her complete medical records. He even went on the offensive earlier this year by filing a defamation lawsuit against Grant’s attorney, Ann Callis.

With discovery deadlines looming and compliance still unresolved, this could be a pivotal moment in a case that’s already drawn massive public attention.

Do you think the court should force Colker to comply? Is this just legal posturing—or something more? Drop your thoughts and join the conversation below.
