Jake Something’s status with TNA Wrestling had fans scratching their heads—especially after he dropped a quick loss at TNA Slammiversary and removed “TNA” from his social media bio. That small move sparked plenty of rumors that he might be on his way out. But now, there’s clarity.
According to a new report from Fightful Select, Jake Something isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Despite the online whispers, his TNA Wrestling contract actually runs through at least the summer of 2026. He initially signed a three-year deal when he returned to the company in 2023.
The confusion began after Jake was squashed in a three-minute match at Slammiversary, leading fans to believe he might have quietly finished up his run. But just days later, he bounced back with a win over Mance Warner, showing he’s still very much in the mix.
With his contract locked in for at least another year, it looks like TNA has plans for the powerhouse star—and fans can stop reading too much into that bio change for now.
Jake Something recently returned to TNA in June after being sidelined for five months due to surgery. He last competed in January, when he unsuccessfully challenged Joe Hendry for the TNA World Championship. Now fully healed and officially under contract, Jake is back in action and ready to rebuild momentum.
