The Jade Cargill-Shayna Baszler drama might be causing a stir online, but backstage at WWE SmackDown on March 7, everything reportedly went down without a hitch.

Fightful Select reports that “we heard of no issues with Jade Cargill at SmackDown this week,” shutting down any speculation that the situation affected her standing within WWE.

This comes amid online drama surrounding resurfaced tweets that fans believe may have been subtle digs at Cargill. Following reports that she was “disappointed in herself” and “apologetic backstage” after her past tension with Baszler, old tweets from Chelsea Green have been making the rounds.

One of Green’s past posts read, “Imagine calling your coworkers ‘wolves’ while demanding respect, and I’m just over here like:”—a tweet she attached to a smug photo of herself lounging on a couch with her pets. Many are now linking this to Cargill’s “surrounded by wolves” promo before Elimination Chamber, fueling speculation that the locker room had its own take on the situation.

When a fan accused Green of feeding information to wrestling media, she didn’t back down. She clapped back with the same couch photo, writing: “Damn the least you could do is tag me so I get some followers!!!! These coworker WOLVES had to show me this tweet!!!!!! Still me tho:”

While the online whispers about Cargill’s backstage heat continue, WWE sources are making it clear that whatever happened before, it’s not affecting her now. She had no issues at SmackDown, and from all indications, she’s locked in on her feud with Naomi as WrestleMania 41 approaches.
