“The s*** I get is unreal. My DMs are flooded with it daily. Always has been. Idk why I’m showing it now. But yeah…this is nothing compared to what I get. But it’s sad.”
To back that up, she then posted screenshots of specific messages she’s received—giving a direct look at the kind of racist abuse being sent to her.
“Damn you, you black woman, damn the day they brought black people like you into the country, Hitler would have wiped out your filthy race. I hope you lose and never come back, you damn black woman.”
Even after sharing those messages, Cargill didn’t shift her tone to sympathy—instead, she stayed defiant and made it clear that none of this is going to stop her momentum.
“I have so many more. But it’s no point in showing them. Anywayyyy. I hope they feel better 😎. Cause they won’t stop my black ass from being successful 😌 lmaoooo”
She then reinforced that this kind of abuse is something she experiences frequently, not just during this current wave of criticism, and described how disturbing it is to deal with regularly: “I get the most racist stuff. It’s so sick. Anyway. Comes with it I guess. Won’t stop me though 🥰❤️”
This all comes right after Cargill addressed the broader issue of online narratives during her appearance on The Joe Budden Podcast, where she explained how her comments often get taken out of context and amplified.
