Jacob Fatu isn’t holding back — and he’s making it clear the criticism of The Bloodline isn’t sitting right with him.
During an interview with Esteban Ramirez, Fatu was asked about his family’s dominant run over the past several years. What started as a reflection quickly turned into a passionate defense, with Fatu shutting down the negativity and calling out anyone downplaying The Bloodline’s impact.
“I mean, man, it’s been good. Come on, man — it’s been good, it’s been great. Everybody always wants to talk down… Nah, man — y’all talking down on one of the greatest families in professional wrestling. And I’m speaking as a fan, not as Jacob Fatu.”
Fatu made it clear this wasn’t about hype or storyline loyalty — he genuinely believes in what The Bloodline has accomplished. He pointed to their run during one of the toughest periods in wrestling history, reminding people how much they carried the product.
“Let’s keep it 100 — during the pandemic, Roman Reigns, Big Jim, Jey Uso… man, come on. And then who came in? Solo Sikoa… including Sami Zayn. And Paul Heyman, the Wise Man.”
That’s when his tone shifted even more — calling out critics directly and challenging the idea that fans weren’t invested. Fatu didn’t just defend their legacy — he elevated it, calling their storytelling a major reason fans stayed locked in.
“Man, stop playing. Y’all can talk all that you want about my family, but keep it 100 — y’all were behind the screen doing the Bloodline gesture too. We talk about cinema — yeah, man, the Bloodline makes that cinema. You talk about being locked in and watching — yeah, the Bloodline makes that happen.”
And for him, it goes beyond wrestling. Fatu made it clear that what makes The Bloodline special isn’t just what happens on screen — it’s what they represent outside of it. He wrapped it all up with a message that wasn’t subtle — if anyone has something to say, they better be ready to back it up.
“You heard Roman talk about it on Raw, about being a part-timer. Nah, the biggest flex is being a family man, taking care of your wife and your kids. So step on that. And other than that — shout out to The Bloodline, baby.”
Fatu isn’t entertaining the criticism, he’s shutting it down completely — and making it clear that in his eyes, The Bloodline isn’t just dominant, it’s untouchable.
