Izzi Dame isn’t hiding anymore—she’s owning the moment.
Just one night after turning on Tatum Paxley during the main event of WWE NXT Gold Rush at The Theater at Madison Square Garden, Izzi took to Instagram and made her first public statement since costing Paxley the NXT Women’s Championship. Alongside a backstage photo with her allies from The Culling, Izzi simply wrote:
“Should’ve listened”
That short message was a clear callback to recent weeks on NXT television, where Izzi continuously warned Paxley about being too generous with her title defenses. Paxley, determined to prove herself as a fighting champion, insisted on putting the NXT Women’s Title on the line against any and all challengers. Izzi urged caution, telling her not everyone deserved a shot—but Paxley wouldn’t budge. In the end, that mindset cost her everything.
Tatum Paxley had been riding a wave of momentum as a defending champion, but Izzi’s betrayal turned the tide in an instant. With The Culling closing in around the ring, Izzi nailed Paxley with a devastating boot to the face. She then rolled her back into the ring, serving her up for Jacy Jayne to score the pin and reclaim the title.
The post has already drawn reactions from fellow superstars, with Nikkita Lyons calling her “a menace” and Kelani Jordan simply saying, “She’s back 🔥.”
After her betrayal, Izzi Dame now stands firmly aligned with The Culling—and she just made it clear she’s not apologizing for a thing.
Do you think Izzi Dame made the right move by turning on Tatum Paxley? Or did she just set herself up for a massive payback? Drop your thoughts in the comments and let us know.
