Ivar’s Replacement for Triple Threat Match on 5/21 WWE NXT Revealed

WWE NXT General Manager Ava has announced that Joe Coffey will replace Ivar in the upcoming triple threat match on the May 21st episode of NXT. Coffey will compete against Josh Briggs and Wes Lee, with the winner earning a shot at the NXT North American Championship.

This change comes after Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, & Wolfgang) attacked Ivar last Tuesday on NXT, leading to Ivar’s removal from the match. In a tweet, Ava explained her decision:

"... no you listen to me. this is different nxt than when you left months ago -- and with that said, because briggs and wes wanna kick you ass I’ve decided to add you to the triple threat -- good luck!! #wwenxt"
