Luchasaurus made an unexpected appearance during the Zero Hour pre-show for AEW Revolution on March 15, 2026, marking the first time fans have seen him on AEW programming since his injury late last year.

Back in December 2025, it was reported that Luchasaurus had suffered a legitimate shoulder injury that forced him out of in-ring action. The injury was incorporated into AEW television when The Demand — Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, and Toa Liona — targeted his shoulder during a storyline attack. At the time, sources indicated the issue was serious enough that Luchasaurus would miss time from competition, and the full extent of the injury remained unclear.

Now, months later, Luchasaurus resurfaced during the Zero Hour kickoff show for AEW Revolution in a brief but notable moment. The pre-show featured the 21-man Blackjack Battle Royal for the AEW National Championship, and during the sequence of entrances, the broadcast cut backstage to show a bus pulling up outside the arena.

Luchasaurus was revealed to be behind the wheel. He was shown dropping off Jack Perry at the building ahead of Perry’s participation in the Battle Royal match. The moment served as a surprise cameo for fans who had not seen Luchasaurus on AEW television since he was written off programming due to the shoulder injury in December.

Although the appearance confirmed that Luchasaurus is back on AEW television in some capacity, he did not participate in any physical action during the segment. As of now, there has been no official word regarding when he may be medically cleared to return to the ring.

Still, the brief appearance was enough to remind fans that the former champion remains connected to Jack Perry and could potentially re-enter AEW storylines once he is ready to compete again.

Do you think Luchasaurus will return to in-ring action soon in AEW, or should the company take more time before bringing him back into matches? Let us know your thoughts and share your predictions in the comments.
