Identity of Medical Staffer Checking on Dominik Mysterio During 7/21 WWE RAW

The woman who checked on Dominik Mysterio during this week’s WWE RAW wasn’t just any ringside medic—she’s independent wrestling standout Alex Gracia.

During the July 21 episode of RAW, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez defended the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. Midway through the action, Rodriguez accidentally laid out Dominik Mysterio with a vicious big boot to the face. The Judgement Day member collapsed to the ground—and that’s when a female medical staffer appeared onscreen to assess the situation.

Turns out that woman was Alex Gracia, a well-known name in the indie circuit. Gracia has wrestled in AEW, TNA, Ring of Honor, SHIMMER, NWA, and Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling. She’s been grinding since 2018 and has gained attention for her standout in-ring presence.

The segment didn’t end there—AJ Styles soon appeared disguised as a fellow medic, blindsided Dominik, and continued the beatdown all the way backstage. The brawl set up a match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam between Mysterio and Styles.

Gracia’s role was brief but didn’t go unnoticed. Her WWE cameo sparked interest online, especially given her wrestling background. With her resume, it’s easy to see why fans are already speculating about her future with the company.

Alex Gracia may have played a medic on RAW, but her real story could just be getting started in WWE.
