Hulk Hogan’s private funeral was held Tuesday in Largo, Florida — and the updated list of attendees shows just how deep his influence ran across generations of pro wrestling.
Ringside News can confirm that several major names from Hogan’s past showed up at Indian Rocks Baptist Church to honor the late WWE Hall of Famer. In addition to Vince McMahon, Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon — who flew in privately — the guest list included Sting, Lex Luger, Eric Bischoff, Kevin Nash, Jimmy Hart, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Ted DiBiase, Dean Malenko, Paul Wight, and longtime friend Brutus Beefcake.
The service was closed to the public, but photos showed Hogan’s casket being carried into the church by pallbearers wearing yellow boutonnières — a quiet tribute to the icon’s trademark color scheme. Kid Rock also made a subtle nod to Hogan with a yellow feather in his hat. Other notable names spotted in attendance included Bam Margera and comedian Theo Von.
Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, did not attend the funeral and was also absent from WWE’s televised tribute. She later revealed she chose to honor her father privately by taking her children to his favorite place — the beach. She posted a childhood photo with Hogan and wrote about celebrating his life “while we have our feet in the same saltwater you loved.”
Hogan died on July 24 at age 71. The official cause of death was a heart attack, though a medical examiner’s report revealed he had been quietly battling chronic lymphocytic leukemia. He is set to be cremated.
The final farewell to Hulk Hogan was filled with quiet tributes and lifelong friends — a reminder of how much he meant to the industry, and how far his legacy will stretch beyond the ring.
