Hulk Hogan is back to work after undergoing yet another surgery.

The 71-year-old WWE Hall of Famer had a “little fusion procedure” on his neck this week, aiming to “feel a little better,” TMZ reports. Despite going under the knife on Wednesday, Hogan was reportedly back to work the next day, with a rep calling it a “quick turnaround.”

This latest surgery adds to a long list of procedures Hogan has endured over the years. During a 2024 appearance on Impaulsive with Logan Paul, Hogan opened up about the sheer number of operations he’s had, saying, “I’ve had 10 back surgeries, both knees and both hips replaced, shoulders — everything.”

From 2014 to 2024, Hogan underwent at least 25 surgical procedures, ranging from spinal fusions to joint replacements. The former WWE Champion previously revealed that his back surgeries were some of the most grueling, with doctors fusing multiple discs to stabilize his spine.

Despite the extensive medical history, Hogan has managed to stay active, even announcing the launch of Real American Freestyle, his new amateur wrestling league with longtime associate Eric Bischoff. The debut event is set for August 30th in Cleveland, OH, and Hogan is determined to make it a success.

For the Hulkster, the question remains whether his body can handle the demands of running a wrestling promotion after years of wear and tear. Will his latest neck surgery slow him down, or will Hogan prove once again that he’s tougher than ever? Stay tuned.
