WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan is currently dealing with family drama involving his ex-wife Linda Hogan and their daughter Brooke Hogan. Things have been tense between Linda and Brooke, and Hulk Hogan recently responded to the drama in an immature way, which is why it comes as no surprise has now been called an egomaniac for how he handled the situation.

While speaking on The Wrestling Outlaws, Vince Russo blasted Hulk Hogan for posting a video where he and his current wife were eating popcorn while watching Linda Hogan’s emotional video online. Russo thought it was really disrespectful, especially since Linda had made serious claims about Hogan, calling him a liar and a sex addict.

Russo said it was upsetting to see someone treat the mother of their children that way. He couldn’t believe Hogan would make fun of her when she clearly looked like she was in a bad place emotionally. Russo was also worried that something serious could happen to Linda, and if it did, Hogan would be blamed even more because of that video.

“Hogan’s got to grow the f*** up, man. Can you imagine, bro? Chris, I don’t know about you, but when I’m watching that Linda Hogan video, a couple of things are running through my mind.

First—my own wife. Like, oh my God. I don’t care how much you hate her, can you imagine driving someone you were married to, the mother of your children, to that kind of place mentally? That’s number one.

Number two, Chris—I’m sitting there thinking, man, I hope she doesn’t do anything stupid. That was clearly rock freaking bottom, and I’m just praying it doesn’t go further.

Then this guy cuts a video with his sixth wife, eating popcorn, doing the ‘bride eye,’ bro. What? Seriously? After all the bad PR he’s had, Chris, can you imagine if he posts that video and—God forbid—Linda Hogan actually took her own life? Do you understand what that would do to him?”

The former WWE writer called Hogan an egomaniac who never learns from his mistakes. No matter how serious the situation is, Russo said Hogan always has to be the center of attention.

Russo said it was unbelievable that someone could be so self-absorbed and still not understand the damage they’re doing. To Russo, the video wasn’t just tasteless, it was dangerous, selfish, and proof that Hogan puts his ego above everything else.

“This guy has never learned a lesson. He’s such an egomaniac, bro, that he cannot lay low—no matter the situation. And that’s all I kept thinking. You’re putting this video out? Could you imagine if the next day, they found her dead in her house? And now your video is everywhere?

Bro, if you think you were finished before, this would be it. But no—this guy doesn’t learn. No matter how many mistakes he’s made, he doesn’t freaking learn. It’s unbelievable.

She’s the mother of your children, bro. Period. End of story. And you’re out here making a complete mockery of a woman who is clearly in serious pain. That is so unbelievably classless, man.”

The drama started when Linda Hogan said she hadn’t spoken to her daughter, Brooke Hogan, in almost eight years and blamed her ex-husband Hulk Hogan, for the situation. Brooke responded by saying she chose to stay away from Linda because of years of mistreatment by her and other family members.

Linda then accused Brooke of being selfish and having a drinking problem. She even claimed Brooke once broke her collarbone. Brooke’s husband Steven Oleksy, defended her and said she doesn’t have any issues with alcohol. Linda Hogan kept going and criticized Brooke again, this time for taking Hulk Hogan’s side and also warned that Brooke would regret not letting her kids see him.

This new drama in the Hogan family has worried fans and people close to them, not just because of the family issues, but also because of how strangely Hulk Hogan reacted in public. Vince Russo pointed out that it’s important to care about others, especially family, and we’ll have to see if Hulk Hogan will offer an apology for the way he has reacted to the situation so far.

Do you think Hulk Hogan crossed the line with his response video? Should public figures be held more accountable for their reactions during sensitive family situations? Drop your thoughts in the comments and let us know where you stand on this emotional controversy.
