Heather Monroe and David Ali are expanding their tag team to a trio—literally.
The wrestling couple took to Instagram on Tuesday, December 9 to share a heartwarming pregnancy announcement, complete with ultrasound photos and a framed shot from their wedding. In the caption, Monroe wrote, “the tag team becomes a trio in June 2026 💕”
The announcement comes just over a year after the couple celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary. Both Monroe and Ali are well-known names on the independent wrestling circuit, and the news quickly drew support from fans and peers alike.
Monroe, who has spent the past decade wrestling for promotions such as United Wrestling Network, Midwest All-Star Wrestling, and WrestleArts, has also made appearances in AEW, TNA Wrestling, and the NWA. Her in-ring journey has seen her share the spotlight across multiple major promotions while remaining a key figure in indie wrestling.
David Ali has carved out his own reputation across the U.S. indie scene, and the couple’s personal and professional lives have often crossed paths—now even more so as they prepare for a new chapter together.
As of now, Monroe has not commented on whether she plans to take time away from wrestling, but the June 2026 due date puts her pregnancy in the early stages.
