Hangman Adam Page knows a thing or two about momentum—and right now, he feels like both he and AEW are riding a wave that reminds him of the company’s most exciting era.

With AEW All In: Texas just around the corner, Page opened up during a new interview with Shak Wrestling, reflecting on the renewed energy in the company and his own climb back toward the AEW World Championship.

Shak asked Hangman how it feels to be back in the title hunt at the same time AEW itself seems to be heating up again. Page made it clear—the vibe backstage and in the arenas feels eerily similar to AEW’s earliest, most electric days.

“It very much does feel like, for me personally — you know, in my experience week to week — a lot of the same kind of magic of those first few weeks and months of AEW TV. You know, the things I was talking about earlier… the sense of wanting to work together for a common goal, to make something good, exciting, new, fun, fresh… yeah. The trajectory has felt upwards, and I’m just gracious to still be here and still be a part of that.”

It’s been nearly six years since AEW launched, and Page has been at the center of it all—from his rise as one of the original top stars to the ups and downs that followed. But now, with AEW building steam and Page himself back in the mix, he’s feeling that spark again—and he’s ready to remind everyone exactly who he is.
