GUNTHER Doesn’t Rule Out Retiring Brock Lesnar

GUNTHER vs. Brock Lesnar? The former Intercontinental Champion isn’t shutting that down at all.

While appearing on The Morning Shift, GUNTHER was asked who he plans on targeting next under his “Career Killer” persona — and when the hosts suggested Brock Lesnar as a potential opponent, GUNTHER didn’t hesitate to entertain it.

He first turned the question back on them, asking who they thought would be the right next victim. When Lesnar’s name came up, GUNTHER responded: “That’s a good one, right? We’ll see.”

But GUNTHER didn’t stop there. He expanded on his mindset, making it clear that he sees plenty of potential targets — particularly veterans hanging on for one more run.

“I think there are a bunch of examples of people who overstay their welcome, who just hang on a little bit too much, who chase one moment too much. It seems like there is a big amount of people to choose from.”

That fits perfectly with the “Career Killer” reputation GUNTHER has built over the past year. He’s already been linked to ending the in-ring runs of Goldberg, John Cena, and AJ Styles. Now, the idea of stepping into the ring with Lesnar adds a whole different level of intensity.

If GUNTHER is truly hunting another legend, a bout with Brock Lesnar would instantly become one of WWE’s biggest possible matches. With WrestleMania 42 less than two months away, only time will tell whether we’ll get to see the Ring General go one-on-one with the Beast Incarnate at the Showcase of the Immortals.
