Grayson Waller is gunning for the top spot on WWE’s return to Australia—and he’s not sugarcoating it. Speaking during a new interview with Robbie & Carly, the Aussie loudmouth made it clear he’s aiming for the biggest spotlight possible when Crown Jewel hits Perth in October.

“Of course. I think anyone who says they wouldn’t want to be in there on the WWE roster is a liar,” Waller said when asked if he wants to headline the premium live event. He kept it blunt and real, acknowledging just how stiff the competition will be, especially with fellow Aussie superstar Rhea Ripley in the mix. “Obviously, you’ve got Rhea bloody Ripley, the number one — I was going to say women’s wrestler but I don’t think it’s a case agenda, I think she’s the best wrestler in the world right now.”

Waller didn’t stop there. With legends like John Cena already booked for the event, he made it crystal clear he’s not just showing up—he’s planning to steal the show.

“You’ve got John Cena coming but it wouldn’t be me if I wasn’t still talking my game and saying, ‘I want to be in the main event, I want to take on the best of the best.’ Who knows, we’ve got six months or so before we get to this show and I’m gonna make sure I’m somewhere on that card.”

With six months to go until WWE lands in Perth, Waller’s already putting himself in the conversation. Whether he lands the main event or not, the man’s coming in swinging—and he’s not backing down.
