Grayson Waller is known for his outspoken nature and bold declarations, always staying one step ahead with his confident words. With WWE announcing this year’s Crown Jewel in his home country of Australia, his self-assurance has skyrocketed. So much so, that he’s now boldly claiming he would end John Cena’s career if they were to face off on Australian soil.

During his appearance on The Project, the Aussie Icon declared that if he gets the chance to face the Cenation Leader at Crown Jewel, Cena’s retirement tour would end in October—long before it ever reaches December. Brimming with confidence, Waller claimed he would put Cena out to pasture, insisting that the legend would never recover from such a defeat.

This is my house, I run this place, if he wants to come here, he’ll have to go through me. That retirement tour is supposed to finish in December, maybe it finishes in October because if he comes anywhere near me in my country, I’m putting him out to pasture.

The Arrogant Aussie went on to declare Australia his house, and if Cena wants to step on his soil, he needs to face him first. It was a bold comment by the former WWE Tag Team Champion, sparking interest levels in seeing this new version of The Franchise Player taking the fight to Waller in his home country.

However, the 35-year-old didn’t shy away from acknowledging the 17-time World Champion as the greatest of all time. While promoting Crown Jewel in Perth, Waller emphasized that this would be a golden opportunity for the WWE Universe in Australia to witness the “real” World Champion wrestle on the continent—perhaps for the very last time in his career.
