George Kittle is widely seen as one of the best tight ends in the NFL today but he will eventually retire from the NFL for good. With that in mind, it appears Kittle has now confirmed he wants to make his way to WWE once he retires from the NFL.

While speaking to USA Today, George Kittle revealed he has a strong interest in joining WWE in the future. He sees real potential for himself in the wrestling world and would love to be a part of it someday.

“I would love to do WWE,” Kittle said. “I think there’s definitely opportunity within that world, and I would love nothing more than to be a part of it.”

George Kittle admitted that if he ever joined WWE, he would want to train seriously before stepping into the ring. He said he’d need to buy a ring and put in a lot of practice so he wouldn’t look out of place.

While he has been in a WWE ring a few times, he knows he still has a lot to learn. He understands the basics of wrestling but hasn’t done anything big like a top-rope moonsault at WrestleMania, the way Pat McAfee has.

“I would only do WWE if I bought a ring and practiced my ass off for a while so I wouldn’t look like an idiot out there,” Kittle explained. “I’ve been in a WWE ring like three times. I don’t know what I’m doing out there. I have an understanding of how it works, but I haven’t moonsaulted off the top rope at WrestleMania like Pat McAfee did.”

This comes after George Kittle previously made it clear that he is open to teaming up with Pat McAfee in WWE. Therefore, we’ll have to see if he does end up joining WWE one day as fans feel he would do great there, especially since he has some experience in WWE already.
