Things may have looked shaky for FTR in recent weeks, but based on the April 5, 2025 episode of AEW Collision, the tension might finally be easing up. Despite taking the pin in his match, Cash Wheeler walked away with a show of support from his teammates—and that includes Dax Harwood.

In Saturday’s tag match, Cash hit Wheeler Yuta with a piledriver and looked to have things under control—until PAC caught him in a crucifix pin and scored the win. It was a rough ending for Cash, especially with all the drama swirling around FTR lately. But this time, instead of more conflict, there was a moment of redemption.

After the match, chaos broke out. Dax Harwood ended on the mat. In a genuine show of unity, Cash and Copeland helped Dax to his feet—and then all three men hugged it out in the ring.

The hug may have lasted only seconds, but it spoke volumes. After weeks of tension—fueled by Dax’s meltdown on Collision where he shoved a referee and knocked down Cash—fans had started to speculate if a full-blown split was coming. Then, on Dynamite, Dax tried to patch things up with a $10,000 fine payment and a heartfelt apology, only for Cash to coolly respond, “We need to talk after Dynasty.”

But now, that conversation might already be happening behind the scenes, and the vibe looks a lot more stable. The post-match hug sent a clear message: FTR may be down, but they’re not broken.

With AEW Dynasty on the horizon, the trio of Cash, Dax, and Copeland seems to have found common ground again—at least for now.
