Fox News anchor Abby Hornacek got a real taste of the action while covering Real American Freestyle — and it ended with her getting suplexed.
Hornacek was assigned to cover the promotion when RAF Women’s Middleweight Champion Kennedy Blade showed her exactly what the sport feels like. During the segment, Blade hit Hornacek with a German suplex and dropped her flat on her back.
Thankfully, Hornacek popped right back up after the move and made it clear she was fine. She said the suplex looked worse than it actually felt and admitted the whole thing was a lot of fun.
The moment also put a spotlight on Kennedy Blade, who is off to a strong start in Real American Freestyle. She currently holds a 2-0 record and is the reigning RAF Women’s Middleweight Champion.
Blade also has an impressive background outside RAF. She won a silver medal in the women’s 76 kg division at the 2024 Summer Olympics and followed that with a bronze medal in the women’s 68 kg division at the 2025 World Championships.
