2: Nia Jax Makes Her Way Into the Chamber
The recent announcement that Nia Jax would not be in the Elimination Chamber and would instead face Asuka for her Wrestlemania title match was a baffling one. Rumours have been circulating in recent weeks that Nia is set to face Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women’s Title at Wrestlemania and if that is the case, having her in a match which she is clearly going to lose, a little over a month before the big event, seems a strange decision.
There is every chance, however, that Nia could well find her way into the match despite being in a bout earlier in the night. If the company were to book Nia to look strong against Asuka, perhaps even having a double count-out finish or something along those lines, then an enraged Nia, having lost her chance at a Mania spot, could easily attack one of the other women on the way to the ring and force herself into the match.
This has been done in a chamber match before, and it’s not like the match would be any worse off without either Sonya Deville or Mandy Rose, as great as an opportunity as it is for those two young stars. Sacrificing one of them for Nia would be the perfect way for Jax to get into the chamber.
