Kevin Owens Destroys Shane McMahon
This week on Smackdown, Kevin Owens absolutely decimated Shane McMahon, leaving him a broken man in the middle of the ring as the show went off the air. It was an excellent segment, but it has damaged Shane’s credibility somewhat heading into their encounter this Sunday night.
The WWE could redeem this by having Shane utilise the Cell and an array of weapons to level the playing field, or they could commit to it and have the Prize Fighter absolutely wipe the floor with Shane this Sunday Night.
From a fan’s perspective, this would be perfectly logical. Owens has turned back to his much prefered ruthless fighter gimmick and having him destroy Shane inside the Cell on Sunday night would further establish him as the monster that he should be.
Of course, his beat down could be so horrific that it could also prompt a return from Triple H, setting up a feud between The Game and Owens heading into Wrestlemania season.
