Former WWE Superstar “Cowboy” Scott Casey suffered a heart attack yesterday. Casey will undergo open heart surgery today.
For those not ware, Casey worked for WWE between 1987 to 1990 as well as a number of other territories, including World Class Championship Wrestling and Southwest Championship Wrestling in Texas.
