Could another MMA fighter be heading to WWE? It definitely looks that way—because “The Beast” Eddie Hall himself just made his intentions clear.
The 2017 World’s Strongest Man winner and MMA star took to Facebook with a message, posting a photo of himself alongside Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. The caption? Short and to the point: “It’s about time WWE.” He made it very clear that it’s about time he makes his way to WWE.
Hall has been making a name for himself in the combat sports world, and his crossover potential is hard to ignore. After dominating the strongman circuit, he entered MMA and made headlines in June 2024 with a 2-on-1 victory against the Neffati brothers. He followed that up with a 30-second TKO win over fellow strongman legend Mariusz Pudzianowski at KSW in 2025.
This comes right after Triple H talked on the Flagrant podcast about the increasing possibilities for UFC and combat sports crossovers under the TKO banner—especially when it comes to stars who can entertain.
“You know, you might. Look, it’s one of those things—it just depends on who’s an entertainer and who’s not… Look at Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey—there’s always that possibility.”
Triple H stated that WWE’s current focus on recruiting athletes from D1 colleges and the NIL program, many of whom have legit combat sports or wrestling backgrounds and might be interested in both worlds. His take? “Never say never.” And Eddie Hall fits that mold perfectly.
While Hall hasn’t confirmed anything beyond his post, the photo with WWE’s top power couple—and that confident caption—definitely has fans talking.
