Former TNA Star’s Retirement Match Set for March 20 in Brooklyn

Homicide is gearing up for his last walk to the ring, closing out a career that’s spanned decades. Outlaw Wrestling confirmed Monday that the ROH and TNA veteran will have his final match in his hometown of Brooklyn, New York, on March 20.

The official event poster says it all: “End of an Era. Witness the last match of wrestling icon Homicide.”

At 47 years old, Homicide has been a staple of the independent wrestling scene since the mid-’90s. He cut his teeth in promotions like Jersey All Pro Wrestling and Long Island Wrestling Federation before breaking into bigger territories. By 2002, he was touring Japan with BJW and becoming a recognizable name in ROH, where he had memorable feuds with Jay Lethal and Colt Cabana.

His run in TNA made him a household name when he teamed up with Hernandez to form Latin American Exchange (LAX), a faction that left a lasting mark on the company. Though his appearances in ROH and TNA slowed in the 2010s, he never really left, popping back up for matches over the years.

Even now, Homicide remains active, competing across the indie circuit in GCW, DEFY, PROGRESS, and countless others. He’s currently the Outlaw Wrestling Champion, holding the belt for over a year. As of now, there’s no word on who he’ll face in his final match, but one thing is certain—March 20 will be a night to remember.
