Fenix is only three weeks into his WWE run—and he’s already wrestled at WrestleMania.

The lucha libre standout spoke to Covalent TV about stepping in last-minute for Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania 41, following Mysterio’s injury just one night before the event. Despite the circumstances, Fenix was all heart about the opportunity.

“It’s a dream. I’m living my dream,” he said. “Only my third week in WWE. My third SmackDown. The next day, boom, WrestleMania.”

Fenix didn’t ignore how the moment came about, adding: “It’s not the way I want, Rey Mysterio getting injured, but I’m happy to be the guy who wrestled [in his place]. I’m living the dream. It’s a dream come true. It’s amazing.”
